If you create all of something successfully, you gain the skill-ups (remember Aion uses decimal skill ups, each point requires a certain number of successsful crafts). For example, If you're primary goal is to gain as much skill points as quickly as possible, you'll want to create all for each work order to give the max number of skill-ups per session. If your goal is to turn in work orders as many times as possible and try to save a little bit of Kinah, you'll want to only make the number you need.
