ive killed this mob about 7 times, started soloing him with some dificulty as a lvl 17 Chanter, hes a joke as a lvl 19 chanter. (not my 1st character so my gear is way above average) dropped a Small Petrahulk Fragment every time and mainly just that. unable to sell on Auction House, most likely a craft material for armor. just now killed him and he dropped the fragment and a sailor's leather belt.

Heh. I actually just killed him (solo, as a level 20 Glad). He doesn't seem to drop anything good, just a monster bit called a Small Petrahulk Fragment. It's gray and sells to the vendors for 200 kinah.

My legion likes to refer to him as "Jerkface".

Ha! I ran into this guy while questing outside Altgard Fortress and luckily for me, there were two other players nearby, a templar, a sorc and my assassin. It took us a little bit, but we took him down. Didn't drop anything of note.
