You’ve probably seen our post on Paksigue aka Crab Norris, the level 13 Elite that roams about Verteron Citadel cutting short the lives of unwary low level players.
Well, the Asmodian equivalent is Gulux, a level 13 Elite Demi-humanoid ice creature that follows a path in the Altgard Ice Lake around Altgard. Like Paksigue, Gulux has a 7 meter aggro range and pre-emptive attack.

Here’s a shot of Gulux as he crosses the path into Altgard Fortress. Right after I took this shot he practically one-shotted some poor guy, who then ran into the fortress taking Gulux with him. The NPC guards took out Gulux.

For whatever reason, Gulux does not seem to have developed the same reputation, notoriety, and fame as our buddy Crab Norris. Can it be that he is less attractive, less colorful, or less interesting? Is he easier to kill? He doesn’t seem to follow quite as eccentric a path as Paksigue, so it just may be that it is easier to avoid him.

#1 – (Elyos Sanctum) – Angelic Frippery

I found this store only by accident so I figured it was likely that many other new players also did not know of its existence. The store “Angelic Frippery” has many interesting cosmetic modifications for your character, and we all know that cosmetic mods are the best . Style over substance has always been my motto!

First of all and most importantly is the location of the store! It is located in the NE corner of the Divine Road as seen below.

Everyone wants to look good while they kill things, but the armor you pick up in various places does not always match! So what can you do? Dye it! Yes, the dyes are in this shop. They have Turquoise, Blue, Brown, Purple, and of course Dye Remover. Use dyes to make your armor match and have all the other weak fools non-cool-colored-armor folks stare at you and wonder how you did that. Sadly, not all colors of dye are available here, so my next quest is to find Hot Pink the rest.

Lastly, there is also Plastic Surgery, Hair Dye, and fancy clothing available if you have enough money (you probably won’t for awhile).
